Switching, routing, wireless and segmentation, designed so the next engineer can follow it. Every port, VLAN and rule is documented before we hand it back.
03 — Managed IT
Patching, monitoring, identity and end-user support under one agreement. Fixed monthly, with the response times stated in plain numbers rather than tiers.
04 — Continuity
Backup design, offsite replication and disaster recovery, with scheduled restore drills. We report the time it actually took to bring a system back, not the time the vendor claims.
How we work
The order matters. We won't quote a build before we've seen what's already there.
Half a day on site. We map what's running, what's unsupported, and what's one failure away from stopping work. You get the findings whether or not you engage us.
A written design with sizing, costs and a cutover plan, agreed before anything is ordered. Migrations run out of hours, with a rollback point at every step.
Monitoring, patching and support against a fixed agreement, plus a quarterly review where we show you capacity, incidents and what needs replacing next year.
